Community Manager Internship Jobs

Wacaku is a community-based digital literature platform that specializes in creator and content management within the literary industry. Wacaku have rapid growth in the past 4 months and continues to experience exponential expansion. Wacaku currently boasts over 6000 digital libraries from 4000+ creators. Wacaku serves as a crucial literature platform, assisting authors, illustrators, and publishers/agencies in finding the right collaborations for their digital book publishing or cover book projects. In a competitive literary market, one of Wacaku's products has proven to be an effective tool in increasing audience engagement, fostering creativity and promoting consistent content creation.

Wacaku now searching for a Community Manager Intern who will be responsible for Community and Content development. Internship Program will be a 3-month (extendable) duration with full-time possibility and remote (Working from Home). Along the way, you will strengthen interpersonal and communication skills that will set you apart from your peers. This role is demanding task fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage forums, develop good relationships, and utilize seller community to meet objectives and target

• Managing all touchpoints, monitoring issues, conversations within the community, and working with internal stakeholders to increase engagement

• Ensure consistency when delivering the message to our selles through community

• Responsible for tracking and measuring engagement as well as growth

• Resolve issues, maintain a good image of the company in the community

• Identify emerging trends in the local market through market surveys and share the results with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Active university students or fresh graduates with a background in Communication, Branding, Management, Business, and Public Relation (open to all majors as well).

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of the literature industry and its dynamics

• A self-starter who can plan, organize, and take initiative to meet job objectives independently

• Outgoing personality who can maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and listen to their wants and needs

• Proficiency in English & Indonesia, both written and verbal

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent leadership
