Sales & Community Development Jobs

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Business Consultant to understand reseller needs
• Maintain and nurture existing resellers
• Acquire new resellers through communities and competitor resellers, and collaborate with internal and external Paragon stakeholders (B2B, CSR, Ex. Rail)

Requirements :

• Has the ability to manage a cross-functional team and drivers to deliver on sales target
• Minimum two years of working experience with commercial/sales function
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues across different verticals, eagerness to learn, and a go-getter attitude
• Strong interest in direct selling business toward acquiring new resellers and maintaining existing ones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia
