Affiliate Development (Community) Jobs

Responsibilities

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Monitor the activities and results of the affiliate program and make adjustments if necessary to achieve the company's goals.
• Provide support for the needs and questions of drivers regarding the company's affiliate program.
• Notify the business team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and manage a community with drivers with the aim of recruiting them as affiliates and raising awareness about the company's affiliate program.
• Organize and participate in events to build an affiliated community and boost brand awareness.
• Resolve affiliates complaints and issues efficiently in a timely manner.
• Create effective promotional strategies to encourage drivers to join the affiliate program and follow the rules and guidelines provided.
• Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a familiarity of B2B & B2B2C models.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.
• Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer oriented.
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar field, with experience in Insurance will be a plus.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
