A degree in communication, marketing, management, or related field

Your responsibilities as a Community Internship are as follows;

1. Help manage activities in online communities (FRC) such as WhatsApp Groups, our Social Media.

2. Have experience in handling similar communities and also social media

Proven work experience as a community management or similar role

Strong knowledge in Human Capital or HR Management

Hands on experience with social media & event management.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.

Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools

Experience in community management or social media management is a plus

Support the community management team in planning and executing community events and activities

Passion for gaming and knowledge of the mobile gaming industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges

Experience in Community Moderating is also a plus

• Manage forums, develop good relationships, and utilize seller community to meet objectives and target

• Ensure consistency when delivering the message to our selles through community

• Responsible for tracking and measuring engagement as well as growth

• Resolve issues, maintain a good image of the company in the community

• Identify emerging trends in the local market through market surveys and share the results with stakeholders

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of the literature industry and its dynamics

1. Mengelola keanggotaan komunitas (memasukkan anggota baru, mengeluarkan anggota lama, dll) (Petani dan Pengepul)

3. Memberikan pelayanan kepada anggota dengan cara (Petani dan Pengepul):

- Menjawab pertanyaan dari anggota mengenai peraturan, kebijakan dan tata cara

- Membantu memecahkan masalah yang dialami anggota yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan aplikasi

- Pengumuman dari Kitani (Petani dan Pengepul)

- Data cuaca dan iklim lokal harian yang diperoleh dari weather station (Petani dan Pengepul)

With supervision from the CO team, support day-to-day operations of influencer marketing platform projects related to influencers management


Has basic skills in operating Google Sheets, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect and get along with an internal and external team

Maintaining a close and strong relationship between Influence ID and Influencers with a long-term partnership to keep in mind.

Help to execute the internal campaign

Collaborate with the campaign specialist team to plan the influencer marketing campaign for the client
