Your responsibilities as a Community Internship are as follows;

1. Help manage activities in online communities (FRC) such as WhatsApp Groups, our Social Media.

Knowledge and experience implementing environmental and social performance standards (ex IFC, FSC, CCB)

Guide project site community development managers with implementation of community engagement processes and FC’s ESMS system

Provide technical and logistical support for community development managers and officers if required

Guide community development managers on the implementation of M&E processes and implementation of ESMS

Facilitate and manage partnerships with local NGOs as necessary to ensure quality program delivery

8 years of professional experience, preferably working with forest-dependent communities

Experience in community management or social media management is a plus

Support the community management team in planning and executing community events and activities

Passion for gaming and knowledge of the mobile gaming industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges

Experience in Community Moderating is also a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Berpengalaman 2-3 tahun mendirikan dan mengelola komunitas dengan jumlah puluhan hingga ratusan member

Senang bercerita dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain secara online maupun offline

- Menjawab pertanyaan dari anggota mengenai peraturan, kebijakan dan tata cara

- Data cuaca dan iklim lokal harian yang diperoleh dari weather station (Petani dan Pengepul)

Menjalin relasi dengan berbagai macam komunitas di Bandung dan Jakarta

Menjadi admin moderator grup official yang dimiliki Dark Hydra Studio

Mengkoordinir komunitas sesuai event/campaign yang sedang Dark Hydra Studio lakukan

Melakukan analisa dan memberi laporan tertulis mengenai pertumbuhan dan engagement dari komunitas

Mengajukan ide dalam bentuk presentasi ke manajemen yang memiliki basis data trend ataupun studi kasus industri untuk mendukung ide tersebut

Bermain game yang diminta oleh Dark Hydra Studio

4. Develop and manage community-focused events and campaigns

1. Have prior experience in campus organisations or other communities. Experience in beauty community is a plus

With supervision from the CO team, support day-to-day operations of influencer marketing platform projects related to influencers management


Has basic skills in operating Google Sheets, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel

Maintaining a close and strong relationship between Influence ID and Influencers with a long-term partnership to keep in mind.

Help to execute the internal campaign

Collaborate with the campaign specialist team to plan the influencer marketing campaign for the client

Project and budget management skills.

Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.

Experience handling a press conference.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.

Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
