Role Description:
PT Indocare Citrapacific is looking for a full-time Compensation and Benefit Section Head to join its team on-site in West Jakarta. The ideal applicant will be responsible for handling the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining current salary structures in line with the company's compensation philosophy.
- Compensation Calculation
Prepare precise and accurate compensation calculation data by coordinating data collection related to personnel administration. Understand individual PPh21, BPJS Health / Employment, Employment Law, etc.
- Personnel Administration
Understanding personnel administration (attendance, leave and employee data, BPJS Health / Employment, insurance, etc.). Understand applicable work procedures and instructions.
- Industrial relations
Striving to create a harmonious, conducive and productive work environment both externally or internally, and being able to resolve employee problems in accordance with applicable company regulations and policies or industrial relations with government agencies, including industrial dispute resolution agencies and following developments in the latest government policies or regulations.
Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Mastering Compensation and Benefit
- Understanding individual PPh21
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while managing a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with operating MS Office (Especially Excel)
- Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefit Supervisor, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding the Indonesian Employment Law
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and familiarity with relevant regulations
