Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefit Supervisor, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor Degree of management, accounting, business administration or equivalent

Hands-on experience in handling medical benefits such as BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, etc and engaging with relevant vendors/stakeholders.

Providing any letter related compensation & benefits (increment, bonus, promotion, etc.)

Knowledge in Employment and Labour law will be an advantage.

Proven excellent skills in operating Google Suite, especially Google Sheet, or Excel.

Preparing the payroll, calculation, and payment (salary, THR & bonus)

Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management

Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Participate in salary and labor market survey to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits

Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems

Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys

Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations

Preferably 5+ years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits

Having knowledge and experience in compensation modeling, market data, and salary survey methodologies

Gather employee’s needs and feedback to understand their concerns on Company benefit implementations

Having experience in mananging C&B for a wide range of level (e.g. staff, supervisor, director, etc)

Familiar with Government Regulations in Compensation & Benefits

Good interpersonal, strong leadership, and communication skills.

Min. 1 Years experience as an Data Management/Compensation and Benefit role, preferably in a tech startup.

Handle data management - employee data for benefits registration/termination; BPJS, Insurance

People oriented and understand the human resource related issues particularly in the Compensation & Benefit/Data Management area.

Manage other non-salary data related to Compensation & Benefit area

Familiar in human resources management, interested to know how the organization operates.

•Have a minimum of 4 years experience as a leader or manage team.

•Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.

•Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.

•Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.

•Responsible for analyzing, implementing, and updating regulations, SOPs, and Company procedures in accordance with government regulations.
