Job Description

:

•Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.

•Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.

•Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.

•Responsible to ensure end to end process of creating all component salary payment (wages, Overtime, Timesheet, Incentive, THR, Bonus, etc) calculate with all related parties according to the deadline for monthly salary payments.

•Responsible to ensure administration process related to employee status (offering, contract reminder, probation, making employment contract, Permanent Letter).

•Responsible to ensure all employee data (update personal data, promotion, transfer, rotation or demotion and also changes related to residence, marital status, child birth etc., then process changes in benefits).

•Responsible to ensure the management of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Health and employee health insurance & ensure payments are made on time.

•Responsible for analyzing, implementing, and updating regulations, SOPs, and Company procedures in accordance with government regulations.

•Collaborating actively with external parties such as the labor office, social office to improve employee welfare.

•Making plan, analyze and build HR Service systems to improve data accuracy and minimize erroneous data.

•Carry out every People Service progress data and daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually analytical & reports properly and comprehensively.


Job Requirements :

•Minimum S1 graduate.

•Have a minimum of 6 years experience in the field of HR Service include personel, payroll / comben system, administration HR, IR, ER.

•Have a minimum of 4 years experience as a leader or manage team.

•Proven able to analyze data and adept at using Ms. Office (especially Excel).

•Able to calculate all component payroll (include tax and PPh 21) manually or using a system.

•Understand the laws and government regulations related to employment.

•High level of analysis and accuracy.

•Proactive and not reluctant to collaborate.

•Comfortable working in high pace environment.
