Job Description

Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Compensation and Benefit Officer who will be responsible for the end to end payroll process and deliver any compensation and benefits to the employees in accordance with the regulations.


Responsibilities

  1. Preparing the payroll, calculation, and payment (salary, THR & bonus)
  2. Calculating the unemployment and severance payment
  3. Calculating and reporting tax income article 21
  4. Distributing of SPT 1721-A1
  5. Ensuring the salary & tax withholding comply with regulation
  6. Handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Medical Insurance and Life Insurance registration and termination
  7. Submitting invoice(s) to Billing Department
  8. Updating employee data for salary components on HRIS
  9. Providing any letter related compensation & benefits (increment, bonus, promotion, etc.)
  10. Managing employee benefit list


Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree of management, accounting, business administration or equivalent
  2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in payroll position or HR operation. Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment will be a great advantage.
  3. Hands-on experience in handling medical benefits such as BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, etc and engaging with relevant vendors/stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge in Employment and Labour law will be an advantage.
  5. Proven excellent skills in operating Google Suite, especially Google Sheet, or Excel.
  6. High level attention to details and good with numbers
