Job Description

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is currently looking for Compensation & Benefit to join our team as soon as possible, with details as below:


Responsibilities

  • Request and check consolidated payroll calculation from payroll vendor to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Conduct regular benefit reviews and extensions on benefit practices (e.g. medical benefit renewal) and manage benefit implementation in order to provide great benefit services to employees
  • Consolidate new hire salary and salary changes for the Payroll process in order to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of salary-related new entries or changes
  • Review mid-year and year-end merit increases and promotion salary increases based on government regulations, Company budgets, and Company & employee performance to attract talents effectively and efficiently
  • Check non-salary payroll data to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Propose and review Company compensation strategy and policy in line with Regional policies and government regulations to ensure its effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance
  • Work with relevant departments to educate, communicate, and share compensation knowledge either internally to HR or externally with other employees to increase their understanding of Company compensation practices
  • Review and improve the payroll process to continuously make it more effective and efficient
  • Gather employee’s needs and feedback to understand their concerns on Company benefit implementations
  • Review and enhance salary structure based on market data, including creating different structures for different job families and different areas to ensure market competitiveness is achieved accurately and in sufficient details


Qualifications

  • Familiar with Government Regulations in Compensation & Benefits
  • Analytical mind, a keen eye for detail, innovative problem-solving and decision making
  • Good interpersonal, strong leadership, and communication skills.
  • Having experience in mananging C&B for a wide range of level (e.g. staff, supervisor, director, etc)
  • Having knowledge and experience in compensation modeling, market data, and salary survey methodologies
  • High level of self-motivation and independent thinking
  • Preferably 5+ years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits
