Job Description

  1. Conduct class training preparations
  2. Assist training to Participant Class
  3. Conduct monitoring of the implementation of Participant Class
  4. Webinar Hosting: Opening and Closing webinars, Ice breaking or other activities that boost the mood of participants, Introducing the trainers, managing & organizing class, and being able to give class information.
  5. Assist trainer with question and answer sessions
  6. Assist in the discussion process
  7. Adjusting the training schedule with the Trainer


Requirements

  1. Has a Bachelor's degree
  2. Has min. 2 years of working experience in HR, HRBP, Compensation & Benefit / Payroll or related field
  3. Has a sertification of "Struktur Skala Upah", HR or related field will be preference
  4. Having a good teaching methods and tools
  5. Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  6. Organizational and time management abilities
  7. Able to operate Microsoft Office and use Google Workspace
  8. Able to learn quickly and adapt easily
  9. Responsible for the work or task given
  10. Have a good attitude, confident, and happy to support people's growth and development
  11. Have a laptop with a single-core 1GHz processor or higher, dual-core 2GHz or higher (Intel Core i3/i5/i7/ Ryzen 3/5/7 or AMD equivalent), and RAM: 4 Gb.
  12. Have Stable internet connection (4G/LTE)
  13. Active webcam or built-in HD webcam with USB plug-in
  14. Active speaker and microphone - built-in, USB plug-in, or Bluetooth wireless
