Employee Benefit Trainer Jobs

Give acknowledged of products that can be sold to the partners;

Having minimum 3 years experience in Agency or Partnership in Life insurance;

Creating a Sales Strategy to Increase Revenue from the Partners;

Conduct training and BOP for Partners;

Focus on sales of binder products at Fuse Pro;

Bachelor degree in any Major;

More than 10 years experience as Placement / Technical manager in insurance brokerage firms

Lead, direct, and coordinate the Employee Benefit Insurance Technical / Placement team

Keep abreast of trends in Employee Benefit products and services

Solid understanding in Employee Benefit insurance products for all line of risks and businesses

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Responsible to obtain insurance quotations for our clients from Health Insurance companies within agreed SLA

Manage benefit payment for employee

Bachelor Degree preferred Accounting, Business Administration Management

Manage payroll process until payment every month with no error (>3000 employees)

Experience 1-2 years for startup company or company with large number of employees

Responsible for administration and coordinate with related 3rd Parties

Detail Oriented and Ready to work under pressure

Collaborate with employee benefits team (claim, placement, finance, etc) in targeted accounts, ultimately accountable for success

Having minimum 8 years as Employee Benefit or equivalent in Insurance Company or Brokers. Additional insurance education or designation preferred

Must have experience looking for new business and maintaining employee benefit insurance on large company

Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product (esp. Health Insurance Policy)

Look for opportunities to grow business from existing clients by offering other products of EB

Manage renewal process with existing clients and ensure all internal procedures are compiled during the renewal process

Collaborate with employee benefits team (claim, placement, finance, etc) in targeted accounts, ultimately accountable for success.

Organizational and time management abilities

Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills

Assist training to Participant Class

Conduct monitoring of the implementation of Participant Class

Assist trainer with question and answer sessions

Assist in the discussion process

Minimum 1 year experience in administration, finance, operations, and insurance support ; especially have experiences in handling endorsement & invoicing

Process invoices (debit notes and credit notes) Manage endorsement and invoicing process as a standard

Knowledge of microsoft excel, microsoft word, google sheet, and project dashboard tools.

Strong skills in verbal and written communications.

Will be a plus point if familiar with insurance or finance industry

Process e-mail and dashboard endorsements from clients and forward to insurance
