Job Description
We are looking for a Employee Benefit - Customer Success Admin who can provide ongoing support to our customer success and operations team. The candidate should be detail-oriented, accountable, and process-driven.An Employee Benefit - Customer Success Admin's responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, client communications, and general administrative duties. You will also work closely with our operations team (claims, administration, and financial operations) to ensure all actionable requests are documented, tracked, and successful.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain relations with Customer Success, Sales Team, and Insurance Partners to foster good-open communication and coordination
  • Assist in other administrations and operational supports within the area of responsibility which are requested by Customer Success Associate Team
  • Monitor endorsement and invoicing process within SLA
  • Process e-mail and dashboard endorsements from clients and forward to insurance
  • Process invoices (debit notes and credit notes) Manage endorsement and invoicing process as a standard
  • Send hard copy insurance policies and cards


Requirements


  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications.
  • Fast learner and willing to learn insurance industry in detail
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Knowledge of microsoft excel, microsoft word, google sheet, and project dashboard tools.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration, finance, operations, and insurance support ; especially have experiences in handling endorsement & invoicing
  • Will be a plus point if familiar with insurance or finance industry
