About the role

Compensation and Benefit is a part of the People Operations Team at Pinhome. As a Compensation and Benefit in Pinhome, you will get an opportunity to manage data and administration processes related to non-salary benefits of Pinhome employees.

What You Will Do

• Handle wellbeing & inhouse health reimbursement - employee’s benefit limit and submission checking process
• Develop and manage the annual compensation planning process, including salary reviews, performance-based increases, and bonus programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation decisions, policies, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to Compensation and Benefits
• Manage other non-salary data related to Compensation & Benefit area
• Handle data management - employee data for benefits registration/termination; BPJS, Insurance

What You Will Need

• Min. 2 Years experience as an Data Management/Compensation and Benefit role, preferably in a tech startup.
• Expert in Excel and well versed in written and verbal communication in English (English & Tech Savvy).
• Based in Jakarta
• Familiar in human resources management, interested to know how the organization operates.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and culture, agile to change and learn fast.
• People oriented and understand the human resource related issues particularly in the Compensation & Benefit/Data Management area.
