Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare for annual salary increase and bonus.
  • Do regular improvement related to C&B processes.
  • Manage and do cost analysis for renewal medical insurance.
  • Together with the HR Director to prepare annual budgeting for Headcount, people cost (salary and benefit for employee).
  • Maintain all personnel documents comply with local regulation.
  • Prepare monthly salary analysis and report for further submit to finance dept.
  • Managing monthly payroll, employee mutation, promotion and demotion and maintain HRIS Application.


Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thorough knowledge of salary journal, tax calculation 1721-A1 and 1721-VI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with HRIS, preferably Pro-Int.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
