Job Description

Responsibilities:

Calculate employee compensation and benefits; Analyze and recommend employee compensation and benefits package; Medical claims for employees; Create and compile calculations of employee benefits; Manage data and documents related to changes in employee data including transfers, demotions, and promotions that have been approved by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Having at least 1 year of working experience in the same level and industry (is a must)

Mastering Microsoft Excel (Formula & Pivot)

Have good knowledge of UU 2003, UUCK 2021, and its derivatives

Have good knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Remuneration, and Payroll

Excellent in communication, negotiation, and teamwork

Can join immediately
