👑 Job Role

• Assist all HR administration & documentation (promotion, probation, confirmation letter, etc)
• Monitor all employment agreement expirations and help to provide supporting evaluation files to relevant line managers
• Handle reimbursement, insurance and all HR operational related tasks
• Performs routine tasks required to administer employee documentation including but not limited to HRIS and manual database, personal files, benefits, and leave
• Conduct the onboarding & offboarding program
• Managing HR General function and to ensure a smooth HR operations
• Prepare and conduct weekly meeting report
• Help to assist the engagement event & employer branding contents

⛩️ Requirements

• Have an excellent skill in Microsoft Office, especially Ms Excel
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
• 1-2 year of experience working in the same role
• Detail oriented, strong communication skills & self initiative
• Familiarity and experience with creating social media content will be a plus
• Have an excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with HRIS system
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tasks in time
