Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Group Companies in Indonesia. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Ensure all rewards and compensation programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements across different countries and regions of operation.
- Evaluate and enhance the employee benefits package to meet the needs of a diverse and global workforce.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures, including salary bands, bonus plans, and equity programs, to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote and educate employees about the value and impact of the total rewards package.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create effective performance management and recognition programs that foster a culture of continuous feedback and employee appreciation.
- Lead the development and execution of a robust rewards strategy that encompasses compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and incentives.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing rewards strategies for a diverse, global workforce, taking into account regional and cultural differences.
- In-depth understanding of international labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to rewards and compensation.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex compensation data, industry benchmarks, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into innovative and effective rewards programs that drive employee engagement and performance.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years dedicated to rewards, compensation, or benefits management, preferably within a multinational FMCG company or a comparable industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Industry Awareness: Awareness of market and industry trends in rewards and compensation practices, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
