Hr Generalist (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

We are currently assisting our client from Pipe Manufacturing Industry who is looking for HR Generalist (Mandarin Speaker) to be placed in North Jakarta with following requirements

• Deep understanding in HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, business administration, or any other relevant fields
• Communicative and high skills in multi-tasking and interpersonal
• Proficient in Mandarin and preferably in English as well
• Experienced in HR field for 2+ years, preferably in a China-based company

• Working closely with business leaders to create a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage HR metrics and analytic that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws, including labor laws, and implement effective risk management programs
• Develop and deliver effective training and development programs as needed
• Perform budgeting onduct end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract and retain talents
• Resolve and manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Develop effective performance management programs that align with business goals, including regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
