Sales & Operation Development Lead

About This Role
The Lead for Fintech - Third Party Pay Later (3PPL) is the overall owner of consumer financing business provided by our Partners in the Tokopedia ecosystem. This role is the link between all the cross functional teams in Tokopedia and our lending partner(s).
What You Will Do

• Own business OKRs for Third Party Pay Later (3PPL) business OKRs with lending partners
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of all growth strategies/marketing, and project/program management. Good to have financial services/fintech lending experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Develop and manage a budget and operating plan and ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Strong Problem Solving, financial planning, and communication skills
• Well versed in productivity and tools including Google Docs, Jira, Asana, etc
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams group & divisions at all levels (e.g. management, team leaders, advisors)
• Experience managing telesales/telemarketing is a plus
• Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly new initiatives
• Define the business growth plan with other stakeholders by identifying focus for initiatives and prioritizing product/marketing/other resource investments
• Work with analytics, research, and operations to provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback
• Experience using telemarketing performance management tools is a plus
• Minimum S-1 University Degree from a reputable university for any major discipline, preferably Business, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Work cross-functionally with other BUs, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives
• Good judgment and ability to work independently including self-motivation
• Ability to produce statistical reports and presentations for a wide-ranging and specific audience
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in technology/financial services/or consulting industry
