Fresh graduate atau Mahasiswa semester akhir (Diutamakan dari jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen, Komunikasi dan Marketing)

Memiliki pengalaman organisasi ataupun kepanitiaan akan diutamakan

Adaptif terhadap kondisi kerja yang dinamis

Strong communication and time management skills.

Around 3-5 years of work experience in IT Development/Network/DevOps.

Basic networking skills i.e., LAN/WiFi setup and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of implementing ISO 27001:2013 standards.

Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, independent and quick learner.

Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT related from reputable university.

Final year of study in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, etc)

Assist Business Team in Business Required Document (BRD) creation

Perform ad-hoc data analysis to help team make business decisions

Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data team to achieve business targets

Create Ad-hoc campaign plans and align with Partners for execution

Work with Researcher to do qualitative research to answer business problem statements

Extensive knowledge and understanding of all growth strategies/marketing, and project/program management. Good to have financial services/fintech lending experience.

Experience using telemarketing performance management tools is a plus

Work cross-functionally with other BUs, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives

Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams group & divisions at all levels (e.g. management, team leaders, advisors)

Minimum 3-5 years experience in technology/financial services/or consulting industry

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
