Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze data in internal engagement & culture area to provide insights & recommendation for improvements
  • Create certain metrics to measure employees' engagement conditions & culture internalisation
  • Design, initiate & deliver Culture Internalisation program/initiatives
  • Manage & report budget allocation & spending for Engagement & Culture programs initiation
  • Provide platforms where employees could experiment and submit their ideas for company improvements
  • Design, initiate & deliver engagement initiatives


Requirements


  • Experts in delivering outcomes, achieving goals, and solving problems
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the company
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in handling culture and engagement
  • Proven experience in creating initiatives that increase engagement in employees
