Job Description
Purpose of the role


The People Operations Manager at Luwjistik is the cornerstone in creating and leading robust HR strategies in line with our ambitious growth objectives. This role is for someone who can think strategically, deliver results, and play a pivotal role in enhancing our company culture. Aiming to streamline the operational processes, this individual should be proactive, a subject-matter expert, and be committed to mentorship.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver regular insights through evaluating key HR metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to enhance and monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Shape and implement SEA People Strategies that align with the overall business vision, in partnership with the ANZ People & Culture team.
  • Research and introduce innovative HR tools and processes to facilitate continual learning and development across the region.
  • Foster and maintain a culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and positive workplace morale.
  • Define and manage HR projects ensuring that they are delivered within set milestones and timeframes.
  • Provide mentorship to HR interns, guiding them to be future leaders in the HR domain.
  • Ensure that the organization remains compliant with labor laws in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving prowess.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.
  • Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and make decisive contributions in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a preference for those who have worked in fast-paced startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
