Job Description
What you'll be doing:


  • Ensure that our employee data has top accuracy and integrity in files, databases and internal tools, allowing us to have 1 source of truth.
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring people experience, compliance and payroll aspects.
  • Coordinate with external vendor to ensure operational excellence within Fazz team and vendor
  • Ensure that our HR policies adhere to local employment legislation and support other departments such as compliance, security & finance with annual audits.
  • Manage and own leave management and liability processes ensuring leave is captured for the payroll process.
  • Maintain and update reports such as employee work anniversaries, birthdays, Visa tracker, leave report, probation tracker & organization chart.
  • Prepare official letters to employees and externally (i.e. government authorities) documenting leave of absence, terminations, and other people processes.
  • Become the first point of contact from our people team, line managers and employees, providing support, information and advice on administrative, tools & internal HR process matters. Should be able to recognize when is needed to escalate complex and high risk concerns to the HR business partner as well as other stakeholders.
  • Manage the employee relations to make sure they receive an excellent employee experience as you perform accurate and timely employee administration/transactional processes in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from relocations, pre-onboarding to exits.
  • Coordinate the exit process and inform the relevant team on access termination.


What we're looking for:


  • Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly, write business correspondence.
  • Business level of Indonesian language proficiency and fluency in English
  • Sharp attention to detail, and has the ability to maintain and influence a positive office culture.
  • Degree in HR is preferable. Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, HR Operations, or similar work experience, ideally in a fast paced startup
  • Create reports, effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, internal and external, at all levels.
  • Position requires demonstrated poise, diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel essential.
