People Partner Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Handling Industrial Relation Cases
• Developing & Monitoring Talent Management initiatives
• Collaborating with business leaders to identify human resources priorities and develop strategies to achieve business goals;
• Supporting managers/Business Units and employees with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations;
• Collaboration with People Team to Develop & create good work environment.
• Analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders;
• Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;

Requirements:

• CHRP Certified Professional
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Excellent in communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years experiences as People Partner/HRBP function.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Bachelor's degree from Business Management, Psychology or related fields
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
• Willing to work in Lippo St.Moritz Tower, Meruya, West Jakarta.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
