Job Description

Responsibilities

General :

  • Provides guidance, strategy, consultation and support to all corporate leaders and all People Team functions in the hiring and facilitates processes related to end-to-end employee experience including but not limited to : on-boarding, position development, recruitment, on-boarding, performance, training and career development plans.


Talent Acquisition :

  • Partner with corporate leadership to plan, direct and lead recruiting related projects impacting multiple departments within the organization
  • Proactively building and maintaining talent pipeline
  • Strategizing and coordinating sourcing activities including job posting, advertising, and recruitment & branding events
  • Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of the process
  • Responsible for the full-cycle process of recruiting which includes candidate marketing, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting
  • Provide guidance and training to TABP on effective and best-in-class sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment practices and employment practices


Business Partner :

  • Partner with all People functions and each of Division Head to ensure maximum utilization of resources through the development plans and performance management program
  • Provide continuous process improvement
  • Researches and provides recommendations as needed to People Team for policy changes and updates to align with the team needs
  • Works in collaboration with People Team to support managers and supervisors to identify specific need from each Division which includes competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develops specific programs for filling the gaps
  • Continually researching and analyzing best talent hiring and development practices and effectively communicate across internal teams
  • Aligns corporate initiatives to the segment strategy, ensuring that requirements at a segment level are understood and can be met


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Must be able to analyze and resolve both routine and non-routine Human Resources and business issues using independent judgment
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist or HR Specialist (demonstrated experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role is often preferred)
  • Consistently delivers highest level of service with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Bachelor's degree in Psycology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics
  • Strong customer service mindset, proactive and persistent when it comes to finding solutions to recruiting challenges
  • Experience in Business Partner role in a nation-wide, cross-cultural team in different locations across Indonesia is preferred
