Suryanesia is on the lookout for an exceptional and dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can play a pivotal role in our growth journey. The ideal candidate is an agile problem solver, a collaborative strategist, and has an innate passion for talent acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract top-tier talent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a range of critical responsibilities, ensuring our team is staffed with exceptional talent to support our company's growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to formulate strong hiring strategies, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience, from crafting comprehensive job descriptions to facilitating a streamlined pre-onboarding process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social recruiting tools, internal networks, and external partnerships to identify potential candidates across departments.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Suryanesia, effectively conveying our values and culture to prospective candidates.
- Offer strategic recommendations to hiring managers, aligning candidate profiles with company requirements, and provide market insights and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for rapid rapport-building with employees and effective communication across all organizational tiers.
- Comfort and fluency in working with written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, with a distinct advantage for candidates experienced in recruitment agencies.
- Adept at offering a consultative approach to guide hiring managers through the intricacies of recruitment.
- Demonstrated prowess in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, with a proven ability to outline turnaround times and efficiently finalize placements.
- Track record of successful candidate closings and skilled negotiation of complex compensation packages.
- Proven ability to work independently and remain resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characteristic of early-stage to growth-stage companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
