Job Summary
This position will contribute to identifying long-term potential and competencies needed in the organization and identify plans to attract talented and diverse candidates. Ensure consistency and increase the efficiency in our talent acquisition and selection process with a focus on creating a good candidate experience. This position will shape, implement and lead two of the highest priority components of the company’s human capital strategy. In this dynamic and highly visible role, you will have an opportunity to have significant impact on the company’s ability to attract and develop top talent, allowing it to achieve its strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
Right Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with CoEs and Stakeholder on d etermining the optimal mix and strategy for sourcing candidates, including leveraging external agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards, campus career centers, and other mediums.
- Hire the best match in terms of skills, knowledge, analytical and behavioral aspects of human resources
- Implement an efficient and effective end to end recruitment process, matching the skills of talent with the business strategies and processes
- Onboarding management, ensure new joiner's preparation are completed promptly and accurate to be able to provide a seamless onboarding experience
- Provide recruitment dashboard or report
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Effective Talent Management & Development
- Responsible for analyzing and implementing all organization development processes, such as organization design and talent movement (employee promotion, rotation, relocation, demotion, etc.).
- Collaborate with Talent Management team to ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
Qualifications
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting a virtual job fairs
- Excellence understanding in full-cycle recruitment process with recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels including leadership positions
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Talent Acquisition in a start-up or similar environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
