Job Responsibilities:

• Manage compensation & benefits from the Super Team
• Analyze and maintain employee performance and corporate culture
• Lead & implement an effective recruitment process to build a Super Team
• Become a company representative and bridge the relationship between employees and the company
• Manage training & development of HR
• Leading the HR Team in carrying out their respective duties
• Creating a structured and professional human resource management system
