We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Customer Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales, be an excellent communicator, and possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify and target new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple
• Experience in Leasing company will be advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-customer (B2C) environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and customers
