Talent Acquisition Specialist (Jakarta)

Salary up to : Rp. 15.000.000 (Nett)

Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Lead and execute employer branding initiatives.

Responsible for ad-hoc related HR functions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree in any related major

Language: Fluent in English

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and/or other HR functions.

Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Able to join ASAP (1 month notice still okay) and willing to do WFO policy.
