Mecapan was established in 2018 as #1 end to end solution for the beauty services landscape in South East Asia. Mecapan seeks to break barriers on a number of fronts: from taking the business to digital platforms to making beauty more accessible for women across the board. In a way, Mecapan levels the field and gives more women convenient access to a series of treatments that will make them look and feel better. It’s about empowering women.

Responsibilities

• Handling general administration duties related to Human Resources
• Willing to learn to use various digital apps, e.g., LinkedIn, Glints, Techinasia, etc.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and create job advertisements.
• Supporting and mapping employee engagement programs

Qualifications

• Ability to work with a team and good communication skills
• Have attention to detail and good administration.
• Able to deal with many stakeholders and users
• Freshly graduated from related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
• Experience in the recruitment process will be an advantage.
• Available for at least 3-6 months
