Supporting and mapping employee engagement programs

Handling general administration duties related to Human Resources

Work closely with HR Manager in all HR-tasks related and any administration work

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Source & shortlist candidates based on available role

Gathers and organizes job applications

Schedules interviews and confirms talent & user availability

Scheduling interview, psikotest & MCU

Psychology major (min. 7th semester)

Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

Experience in the recruitment process will be an advantage.

Responsible for assisting with the administration of recruitment programs

Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background and reference checks

Fresh Graduates majoring in Management, Psychology, International Relations, and other similar majors

Have experience in using Canva or other designing platform

Have a great interpersonal and communication skill (ability to speak English or Mandarin is preferred)

Handling recruitment cycle, that includes sourcing, screening, and selections of talents

Available for at least 2-3 months

Willing to work from the office (Location: Sahid Sudirman Center, Central Jakarta)

Experience in recruitment process will be advantage

Assist end to end recruitment process

Willing to learn use various digital Apps eg : Trello, Slack,LinkedIn & etc.
