AIA Indonesia currently looking for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern

Internship Period : 6 months

• Doing research & identifying employer branding trends & what makes company attractive to candidate.
• Establish organization mapping database from insurance industry.
• Establish talent pipeline from external talent / candidates.
• Involve in interview & selection process of candidates
• Develop LinkedIn content.
• Collaborate closely with Graphic Design & Content Planner for content creation.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates/Currently pursuing Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resources /Management or any related major,
• Fluent in english both in active & passive
• Interpersonal skills and good communication
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, analytical skill and good team player
• Curiosity to learn & explore about insurance business, collaborative challenger and demonstrated leadership experiences
• Can work individually or in teams
• Must commit to completing the internship period until 6 months
