Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manages online job portals
  • Conducts pre-hire assessments (interview and testing) and implement other selection tools to ensure the quality of hires
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms
  • Continuously reviews the criteria in identifying the best recruitment channel and source given each of the requirements
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications, prepares job ads, checks application forms, shortlists, interviews, and selects candidates for endorsement to the Head of HRGA.
  • Finds, selects, and recruits the best qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia
  • Create content for social media pages of Scarlett Indonesia


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
  • Confident, results-driven, and highly flexible
  • Experience in FMCG and offline business is a point plus
  • Strong influencing and analytical skills
  • Highly creative and resourceful
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
