Game Entertainment - Senior Marketing Executive (Branding)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to manage a team to working on brand initiatives for game products published in Indonesia.

• Build brand awareness and increase brand value through various Marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring the understanding of brand positioning and user insights
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and organic installs estimates
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute Marketing activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess KPIs

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in developing brand & marketing strategies and managing budget
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
• Practical experience in managing and leading teams
• Highly organized and perform well under pressure
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing and Branding
