Job Description

Employer Branding plays a crucial role in shaping and promoting an F-Commerce's employer brand. They are responsible for creating strategies and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talented individuals by highlighting the company's unique culture, values, and opportunities.


  1. Develop procedure and strategic programs on employee communication, employer branding and employee engagement to drive on its implementation
  2. Creating content for social media needs (non-commercial) and support to managing the social media account
  3. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s and employer branding
  4. Manage all channels or platforms of employee communication effectively
  5. Manage corporate LinkedIn account, including calendar plan, posting guideline, optimize employee’s engagement and revamp/improve LinkedIn page
  6. Plan, coordinate, facilitate and deliver employee engagement activities (employee events)


Qualifications

  1. Minimum hold a Bachelor Degree from marketing, branding, or a communications-related field
  2. Good command in english
  3. Proven working experience in employer branding
  4. Excellent in writing, editing (photo/video/text), graphic design, presentation and communication skills
  5. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  6. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of marketing channels
  7. A knack for creativity
  8. Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
