We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent while also enhancing our employer brand reputation.

Responisibilities:

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Create non-commercial content for social media platforms to showcase our company culture and values, and support in managing social media accounts.
• Manage the corporate LinkedIn account, including planning the content calendar, posting guidelines, optimizing employee engagement, and improving the page's overall presence.
• Develop and execute procedures and strategic programs for employee communication, employer branding, and employee engagement to support retention efforts.
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and execute employee engagement activities, including employee events, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements :

• Detail-oriented and customer-focused with exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Creative mindset with a knack for generating innovative ideas that attract top talent.
• Excellent skills in writing, editing (photo/video/text), graphic design, presentation, and communication.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven working experience with social networking platforms and familiarity with social analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, branding, human resources, or a related field.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a solid understanding of marketing channels to effectively promote the employer brand.
