Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in all majors (preferably in Psychology)
• Experience from start-up/ tech company/ consultant is preferred
• Have strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills
• Excellent in excel (if, vlookup, pivot)
• Excellent communication in English
:
• Conduct the whole selection & new joiner’s on-boarding process (sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offerings, contract, on-board, etc) with various hiring initiatives using several psychological test tools
• Bridge management & employees’ needs through internal activities initiations
• Collaborate with Finance to coordinate & maintain compensation & benefits for the team
• Coordinate with the social media team in maintaining online employer branding initiatives
• As the backup for other Management & Administration functions/roles when needed
