Job Description

KlikDokter (part of Kalbe Farma) is a digital healthcare platform offering a full suite of health-related services and products in Indonesia. KlikDokter was founded on a simple, yet revolutionary idea: that everyone in Indonesia should have access to the best healthcare. We are currently hiring for Tech Recruiter to join our company with requirements and responsibilities below:


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, major preferably Psychology
  • Work minimum 5 years as a Talent Acquisition (Tech and non-Tech)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Computer literate with strong Excel skills.
  • Having an experience working in startup company


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database record.
  • Using media social to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.
  • Conduct end to end recruitment process.
  • Sourcing candidates from multiple online (LinkedIn, social media, Job portals) and offline channels
  • Creating weekly and monthly report
  • Collaborates with users to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
