Job Description

HiToko is the revolution of omnichannel platform based on SaaS that helps business owners from around Asia to establish their stores in both e-commerce platforms and offline sales channels. HiToko comes up with plenty of services such as Order Management, Stock Management, Product Management, CRM, After Sales System, and Reporting. With one application, all sellers' businesses now can be more efficient in increasing sales and maximizing the value of data analysis through AI.


Qualifications

  • Familiar with onboarding, termination and resignation process
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources management, or similar.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a talent acquisition or recruitment with proven experience in sourcing candidates (from Tech company / Startup will be advantage)
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying applicants who are good fits for the company culture and encouraging them to apply
  • Interviewing candidates and screening resumes to determine who should be invited for in person interview
  • Create and mantain relationships with other business and HR function through strategic partnership
  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Making reports detailing the status of open positions, candidate qualification, reason for disqualification and etc in Man Power Planning pipeline.
  • Helping to develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance
  • Handle and manage onboarding, termination and resignation process end to end.
  • Recommending candidates for position based on their qualifications, experience levels, and culture fit with the company culture
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourching, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, salary proposal and offer management
  • Coordinating with human resources lead to schedule interview, schedule orientation and prepare candidate for new position
  • Coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interview, checking reference and preparing contracts.
