Job Overview:
This role is based in Singapore and will oversee all regional influencer marketing initiatives across the SEA region - covering markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines.
You are an expert in influencer marketing strategies and have a good track record of developing effective influencer marketing campaigns that have delivered trackable results for brands. With your excellent understanding of communities on social media platforms, you are able to have a good sense of how to balance both the commercial and operational aspects of influencer marketing.
Responsibilities
- Constant campaign reporting and post campaign analysis, able to compare campaign effectiveness with a good understanding of industry or vertical benchmarks
- Work with influencers during the campaign execution process to ensure content is on brief and delivered with high standards
- Work closely with account managers and strategists to develop best-in-class influencer-led campaigns across SEA
- Stay abreast with industry trends and movements, able being able to constantly innovate to adapt to new changes of social trends and platform evolution
- Be able to foresee any potential risks ahead of time, troubleshoot regularly, escalating them to senior management where necessary
- Create a strong reputation for the company among creator communities so as to increase our profile and credibility among influencers of all stages
- Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies for varying client briefs and be able to drive innovation to deliver influencer marketing campaigns that have real brand and business impact
- Manage influencer budgets and be in charge of influencer negotiations in order to maintain profitability
- Sourcing and liaising with influencers during pitch and campaign execution process
Requirements
- Has expert grasp of social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
- Able to multi-task to manage multiple campaigns all at the same time
- Has extensive experience working on influencer campaigns in SEA
- Fluent written and spoken English, a second Asian language would be an advantage
- 4 to 6 years' experience of working in a social media or influencer marketing agency or in-house with clients
- Open to regional applications
- Sophisticated understanding of social communities, especially in the lifestyle, beauty, parenting, creator, fitness industries
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, benchmarks and analysis
