Category Development Associate ( Travel & Entertainment)

What You Will Do

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives
• Handling end-to-end internal and external business process
• Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to clients and stakeholders
• Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and staying up-to-date with industry news and developments
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities

What This Role Needs

• Bachelor degree and have minimal experience 1-2 years experience in related fields
• Passionate problem-solving, proactive, and self-motivated
• Having strong interest and/or experience in account management, business development, and sales
• Results-oriented and comfortable to be working & delivering against strict sales target
• Have a natural liking to engage in conversations and building relationships with people.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with data and complex products/processes
• Experience in entertainment industry (events, attractions or vouchers is an advantage)
