The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Provide support and participate in the CAB and change control process.
• Maintain and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures for common operational tasks.
• Scripting and Automating tasks and processes.
• Provide appropriate inputs to the Problem management process, RCA preparation.
• Liaise with the Business and Application owner for major activities like Integrated Business continuity exercise/ DR, application migration and other major incidents/ changes.
• Drive timely resolution of service requests, incidents and periodically communicate status.
• Manage and troubleshoot the company's VMWare virtualization and Windows server OS.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Understanding of root cause analysis as appropriate and is able to define action plans and track to closure;
• Ability to prioritize and multitask;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong interest in automation;
• Hands on experience in Windows OS platform and VMWare suite;
• Should have a knowledge of IT infrastructure as a domain.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

Hands on experience in Openshift platform
