Job Description
About The Role
A great opportunity awaits our Group Benefits and Systems Lead. You'll overseeing the GoTo benefit program design & execution is fully aligned with GoTo global benefits philosophy/strategy and compliant with regulatory requirements at all times and provide systems advisory & solutions to C&B team to ensure updated C&B policies are represented in our HRIS System. You will work closely with the broader PAC (People and Culture) team to provide world-class HR products and solutions to enable and accelerate the globalization and growth of GoTo.
What You Will Do
  • H internal teams such as People/Benefits Operations, People/Community experience, Employee Relations & People Policy teams and other stakeholders such as Procurement, Finance and Legal etc. to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of benefit programs across Group
  • Ensure quality assurance checks are made to ensure data integrity within the system and proper system documentation according to industry standards are developed
  • Responsible for evaluating, selecting and owning relationships with external benefits vendors, ensuring service excellence and long-term value optimization
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration wit
  • Lead system implementation or release activities, providing guidance and counsel on design solutions
  • Drive and manage the Global Mobility policy across Group, providing expertise and advisory support to stakeholders such as People Business Partners, Compensation Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team and business leaders on day-to-day talent mobility cases and leading ad-hoc mobility projects
  • Ensure GoTo benefit program design & execution is fully aligned with GoTo global benefit philosophy/strategy and compliant with regulatory requirements at all times
  • Serve as a trusted Benefits advisor to the Global Total Reward team and broader People and Culture leadership with extensive external insights on best practices and latest trends, well-informed points of view, and data-backed benefits recommendations that are sustainable and effective in supporting key business and people priorities
  • Lead the Workday Advanced Compensation project for our compensation review cycles including ownership of the cycle’s roadmap, postmortem review of past processes, enhancements design, build, testing, and rollout
  • Lead partnerships with brokers and internal stakeholders such as Finance and Procurement teams to identify and execute a sustainable risk management/financing model for insured benefits programs across Group
  • Lead relevant systems-related discussions with with all relevant stakeholders including vendors and internal stakeholders accordingly
  • Provide appropriate communication and training to support optimal user experience of Workday Advanced Compensation in the compensation review cycles and Provide systems advisory & solutioning to C&B team to ensure updated C&B policies are represented in the Workday system
  • Represent the C&B team in the systems harmonization project across OpCos and Lead the Adaptive project integration in Workday for OpCos that are not integrated yet
  • Evaluate current benefit plan designs, structures & delivery models across operating companies and markets to establish and drive the execution of group-level benefits harmonization strategy, achieving economies of scale, maximizing cost synergies and ROI on employee experience at enterprise level
What You Will Need
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in Workday Advanced Compensation and/or C&B systems and process implementation in a high-growth technology environment
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmap to drive goal alignment and outcomes, always prepared to get hands-on
  • Experience in data analysis and visualizations (creating dashboards etc)and communicating effectively across teams in markets across the region
  • Excellent project management and change management skills and written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa (added advantage)
  • Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
  • Prior experience in other aspects of Total Rewards (e.g Mobility/Compensation) is a plus
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
  • A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
  • Ability to communicate with impact, clarity and confidence when advising senior leaders
  • A strong understanding of benefits/mobility best practices, external trends, and market benchmark data
  • 7-9 years of deep Benefits functional experience with strong business acumen; knows the Technology and/or FinTech/Fin Services industry around Asia Pacific.
  • Ability to effectively engage and establish effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally, demonstrates EQ in a matrix and complex operating environment
