Job Description

Main objective of this job:

Compensation Benefits & IR Assistant Manager position reports directly to the Head of People Operations (Head HRGA). Its role is to maintain and continuously provide comprehensive services to all work units in the company, both in terms of administration and management of routine company services in terms of improving employee welfare. Services provided are related to employment administration such as employment (ER & IR), compensation, benefits, & office employee health benefits, office regulations, employment issues and other related activities.


:

  • Making plan, analyze and build HR Service systems to improve data accuracy and minimize erroneous data.
  • Collaborating actively with external parties such as the labor office, social office to improve employee welfare.
  • Responsible to ensure end to end process of creating all component salary payment (wages, Overtime, Timesheet, Incentive, THR, Bonus, etc) calculate with all related parties according to the deadline for monthly salary payments.
  • Carry out every People Service progress data and daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually analytical & reports properly and comprehensively.
  • Responsible to ensure the management of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Health and employee health insurance & ensure payments are made on time.
  • Responsible to ensure all employee data (update personal data, promotion, transfer, rotation or demotion and also changes related to residence, marital status, child birth etc., then process changes in benefits).
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
  • Responsible to ensure administration process related to employee status (offering, contract reminder, probation, making employment contract, Permanent Letter).
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
  • Responsible for analyzing, implementing, and updating regulations, SOPs, and Company procedures in accordance with government regulations.
  • Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.


Job Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years experience as a leader or manage team.
  • Minimum S1 graduate.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years experience in the field of HR Service include personnel, payroll / compensation benefits system, administration HR, IR, ER.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understand the laws and government regulations related to employment.
  • Able to calculate all component payroll (include tax and PPh 21) manually or using a system.
  • Proven able to analyze data and adept at using Ms. Office (especially Excel).
