What you will do:

  1. Design, implement, and review the total reward strategy to ensure alignment with market practices while maintaining internal equity and competitiveness.
  2. Conduct a total reward survey and benchmark through regular market trends.
  3. Prepares the total rewards strategy, increment, bonus, and new budget full company (HR Cost, Opex, Capex).
  4. Running data checks and ensuring all HR records are accurate and up to date and that all queries are answered promptly.
  5. Operations Coordinators usually take on admin duties, organization and assist in project management. They ensure that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly.
  6. Manage Employee Welfare, Allowance, Health and/or Employment BPJs
  7. Manage Employee Database through a system


What you will need:

  1. Bachelor/Master degree majoring in any field
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Reward and Benefit areas – in a digital company, financial technology will be an advantage.
  3. Having minimal 1 year of experience in managing a team with solid leadership skills.
  4. Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  5. Has a wide Labor Law knowledge
  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills


The Goals:

  1. Able to check precisely, thoroughly, accurately and submit insurance reports every 2 weeks before the payment due date
  2. Able to provide input and views in designing benefits for employees according to the market
  3. Able to design, implement, and review the total reward strategy to ensure alignment with market
  4. Able to present and update data regularly and on time
  5. Able to run data and ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date
  6. Able to respond to employee inquiries quickly
  7. Able to ensure that the company's daily operations run smoothly
