Job Description
  • Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources.
  • Collecting employee data, organizing employee files, and overseeing employee training.
  • Responsible for conducting Exit Interviews for resignation employees.
  • Make reports and analyze the results of exit interviews.
  • Liaising between employees and management.
  • Coordinate with HR Recruitment regarding psychological test results and analysis.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Having knowledge and familiar with HR legal, Law of the Republic of Indonesia, Company Regulations.
  • Bachelor of Psychology (minimum GPA 3.00).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word & Mircosoft Excel.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as employee relation and HR field.
  • Placement of Grand Ancol, Pademangan. North Jakarta.
  • Having good communication.
