Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations for changes in the company's employment that need to be taken in the face of changes in applicable laws and regulations
  • Plan, manage, and ensure all permits required by the company are legally valid in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Continuously update information regarding laws related to company employment
  • Resolve legal disputes related to employment faced by the company
  • Ensure company agreements, including work agreements, are in accordance with the rules and regulations
  • Provide employment reports to government bureaus as needed
  • Reviewing employment agreements and contracts and ensuring that there are no clauses that are detrimental to the company or are not in accordance with laws and regulations


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in interacting and handling Employee's problem
  • Strong in curiosity, humility, and critical thinking in order to analyze employee problems
  • Possess analytical and negotiation skill
  • Able to influence and mediate
  • Good command in English
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in law
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations (UUTK13 & UU ciptaker)
  • Experiences in General Affairs is a plus
  • Experience in manageing PP/ PKB and labor unions
  • Minimum 5 years working (preferable from manufacture) as Employee Relation/Industrial Relation
