Responsibilities:
- Internal industrial relations (employees)
Striving to create a harmonious, conducive, and productive work environment by facilitating continuous employment programs (such as annual employee events) by company strategy, emphasizing company values, and being able to resolve employee issues by company regulations and policies applicable.
- External industrial relations (government)
Strive to create a harmonious, conducive work environment with external parties by following and implementing applicable government regulations and labor laws, building industrial relations with government agencies, including industrial dispute settlement agencies (if any), and following developments in government policies/rules the most recent.
- Personnel Policy and Company Rules
Ensuring that all employees understand applicable company policies and regulations by conducting outreach and explanation regarding policies/rules/systems and procedures related to personnel in a timely and effective manner.
- Administration of employment documents
Checking the employee letters/documents issued are correct and by their intended purpose by controlling each letter issued, checking with applicable policies and regulations, and managing archive storage.
- Employee health product services
Serving requests for employee health products (including branch employees) so that they can be fulfilled properly and on schedule by monitoring the management of product stock availability (related to the Warehouse section), checking all incoming requests, checking the input results in the system, and monitoring the preparation of products to be given to the employee.
- Personnel administration (absent, leave, overtime, employee data)
Working on personnel administration data for the needs of calculating employee compensation and benefits can be prepared promptly by managing administrative activities of attendance data, leave and employee data, both central and branch employees, by applicable work procedures and instructions using an established computer application system ( such as HRIS Pay Master, Attendance, Boomr).
- Administration of Employee Health Services
Fulfills the administration of employee health services by providing explanations to employees regarding health service procedures, coordinating with relevant health agencies if there are problems, monitoring reimbursement of health claims, and working on employee insurance administration (adding/reducing participants, paying or reducing premiums.
- Compensation Calculation
Prepare precise and accurate compensation calculation data by coordinating data collection related to the admin and branches, ensuring sales data, performance data, employee data, and BPJS data are inputted correctly into the system.
Qualifications :
- Min. S1 All Majors
- Min. 3 years at Supervisor level in Personnel field
- Familiar with operating Ms Office (Especially Exel)
- Willing to work in Meruya, West Jakarta
- Have specific knowledge & skills:
- Have a good insight in relations with Government Agencies
- Understand the Indonesian Labor Law
